Our website currently displays equipment and accepts business enquiries. It does not offer online ordering or payment.

Website email and Google API access

Our website uses FluentSMTP and the Gmail API through our application, Lianda Website Mail, to send website enquiry notifications and related service emails from our authorized business Gmail account.

Google authorization is completed by the account owner. Visitors do not need to sign in with Google or grant access to their Google accounts to submit an enquiry.

The configured Gmail permission allows our application to send email on behalf of the authorized account. It does not grant permission to read or delete inbox messages. Authorization tokens are stored by the website’s email integration to maintain the connection.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use this Google API information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Service providers

Enquiry information is processed through our website hosting and email services, including Hostinger and Google, as needed to operate the website and deliver messages. Authorized personnel handling enquiries may access those messages. These services may process information in countries other than your own.

Retention and deletion

We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to your request, follow up on the business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. When records are no longer needed, we will delete them. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup retention cycle ends.
